Lookin for a new set of poly bushings for the sway bar endlinks. Wheres the best place to get them? and what size are they on my truck? they list two sizes 30mm and 32mm. Thanks for the help Oo.

Red, I am in the process of replacing mine, the front sway bar is 32mm on my 2001 I know because I didnt measure first and ordered the wrong size. I bought from Summit they have the best price. I have a aftermarket hellwig 1-1/4" inch rear that already has poly bushings. My truck is a ST (Add what I want) model. For 32mm you want p/n ens-5-5126g for 30mm ens-5-5127g, $22. 39.

I need to order new sway bar bushings for my truck. how do you know which size to order? Is it based on 2wd v/s 4wd, tow package, camper package, diesel engine? I sure hope I don't have to crawl under the truck and MEASURE it! LOL

If I do need to measure the sway bar, where should I measure it? Do I need to remove the bushing and measure the bar at that point?

FWIW, I plan to get the Energy Suspensions urethane bushings from SummitRacing.com

Thanks!

sway bar bushings

Tim, I have a 01 ST model, plain jane and I needed 32mm, I think the 1500 series uses 30mm and the 2500's have 32mm. I would recommend a 32mm they are a tight fit and the 30's didnt come close. Either way summit will exchange no questions ask.

Dave :)

2B sure, I measured my sway bar, and it IS 32mm.
Ordered from Summit, on backorder.
Sway bar and drag link bushings expected arrival May 20 & 22. I'm OK with that.

Hopefully the truck will be a lot better after installing the new bushings and rebuilding/re-shimming my drag link Luke's Link.

Yes, the Energy Suspension kit from Summit includes all the hardware for the end-links too, including the bushings. Mike
