I am getting a sweet deal on an 06 Mega that has sat for awhile on the lot. I was getting aprice from the dealer to build an 07, and he said he has one with all of the options I want, plus two more. The adjustable pedals, and the power sliding rear window. Where is the switch for each of these items? are they in the center console under the HVAC controls? or off to the left side of the steering column? I have plans for additional items and I would like to keep all of the swiches together in the blank plate below the HVAC? He doesn't have it on his lot right now so that is why I am asking.

Swith for the adjustable pedals is on the left knee bolster below the headlight switch and above the parking brake release.

For the sliding rear window, it is in the center of the dash below the radio and dash cubby, in the same panel as the switches for the heated seats, if so equipped.

FYI the '07 motor will only run on ULTRA low sulfer fuel. I f you are ever planing to drive in Mexico, the fuel will not be compatible with your engine.

Only '07's built after 1/1/07 will require ULSD. If it is built before 1/1, then you can run existing diesel.

Traveliing in Mexico I'd take a fuel extra fuel filters anyways.

Will the ultra low sulphur fuel be readily available in the states and can our pre 07 engines run on ULSD? I know, I'm still off topic.

Some parts of the country (i. e California) are already using ULSD. I think you need to look at the sticker on your pump to determine whether or not you are getting ULSD.

Also, everything I have read states that the ULSD can ONLY be used in the new (2007) engines coming out. But that either type of diesel can be used in the older engines. It has something to do with the DPF I think.
