I have a 98 1/2 2500 slush bucket and I'm wanting to install 4 green clearance lights in the grill. Fact is, I did and tried to hook them up to the park lights. Bam, blows the fuse faster than, well it's fast. Since I'm running a little bigger wattage headlamp I don't think that will work. Can someone tell me the location or color of a wire that comes from the ign. switch that is hot when on and dead when off. Or someway to hook into my other lights so the greens will be on when the lights are on? Does anyone know where I can get a relay that I can hook to my lights and energize the contacts on a battery supplied source? :{

Thanks

you need a 4 prong relay and and splice the power side of the contacts into the marker lites or headlites depending on how you want them to come on
