Hey guys, I want to know if TGR 75w-80 series 2000 gear lube is ok for my cummins. It's a '95 dually with 252,000 miles. It'll haul a 7800 lb. 5th wheel occasionally. By the way, I was talking putting it in the 5sp. and rear end. Also, do I need any additives? Thanks, Kirk

I have a couple of Trucking accounts that are useing the series 2000 75W-90(TGR) you are reffering too, and they are having no problems at all.

Great oil for our trucks!

Kirk:

I have ran the Series 2000 in both differentials and the NVG4500 for almost 200K miles. Front diff good for 100K miles even with lots of heavy pulling. Rear diff has been fine to 50K with hard pulling (lots longer if running empty). I have had no oil related problems with this oil in the 5sp. Shifts great, winter and summer. I have monitered 5sp oil temps and it runs great with this oil never reaching 200 with extreme loads.

This is a very good oil!

Just a satified customer not a salesmen.
