What T- Case Is Best, Toughes, And Strongest To Use That Will Still Fit My Trans.

I'd say the 271 would be the toughest and easiest to install in your truck. Only minor shift linkage fabricating would be needed, and you'd have to figure out a different speedo pickup.

If your not driving on the street you can use the 271 as mentioned, but a 241DHD has taken a ton of abuse at the pulling track.

What do you mean if your not driving on the street you can use the NVG271?

Speedometer is on the tcase on the 97 and older. YOu would lose your speedo with the Nv271 unless you want to fork out some dollars to make it work. I assumed that someone driving on the street would want a speedo. I looked a few years back and didn't find a cost feasible solution for getting the speedo to work.

How about a Garmin GPS to track speed? Thats What I'm going to do. Can't get any more accurate.

That is fine, but the odometer will not work also, which brings up some legality issues.
