Tach install on a 92

I would like to install a tach on my 92, I understand there is already a connection, I have been told it is to the left of the steering column. I was poking around there yesterday and could not find the "here I am" sticker, but I did notice a connection on the hood release - is that it (see pic)? I also took another photo at the wiring closer to the left kick panel. Thank you for any insight.

Clayboy I installed a tach on my '93 20 years ago so I'm a little fuzzy on the install but I used an Isspro tach. The tach came with the wiring harness which hooked up to the factory flat black plug inder the dash. Geno's has the harness and tach and I would assume they still have the instructions?

It should be a Black connector that has 4 wires on it very easy to find should be in same area I have a 93 out back I will get a Picture of it for you tomorrow .

I've got a good freind that just bought Isspro Tach and the instructions show quite clearly the hook shown in Gery Wolfs pictures. You could try Isspros web site and see if they have installation paperwork posted and if it's down loadable.
