Tach Resolution

OK, I've looked at the 9,000 threads on tachs (well maybe not that many but seems like it ). Looking for a definitive answer to the following question.



I want to use the 90-02 single pod column mount. What tach fits that pod correctly? Understand the isspro is too long for this pod.



Would like to use the vibration damper mount rather than the alternator setup as the input as I have an early 91 w/o the factory tach wiring.

Tach ?

Hope we get an answer to this one. I also do not want to mess with my alternator. I have been told that one of the pickups sold by NAPA will work great but their book shows about 10 and I do not know which one to use. Also need to know which tack will work with this type of pickup (magnetic)
