I have the TAG 3 (two weeks) and will be installing the Cool Hose tomorrow. I have not towed with this yet, but I am "feeling" a bit smoother acceleration and I think a bit lower rpms at same speeds over same roads with the TAG than without. I drive the same commute route every day.....

So far so good. Can't wait until my camper gets here and I can see how this all performs under an 8000 lb load.

I'm pretty sure that's not possible. The TAG is a placebo. You "want" to feel a difference after spending all that money, so you do :D

You may be right, but it wasn't that that much money. I wasn't expecting that result either, and Dave was surprised when I described it to him on the phone. He said he wasn't hearing about or expecting that result either, but I'm seeing it. Lets see what the next 5-10k miles bring. If it didn't seem to be doing anything, I would definitely let you know.

Anyway, I put about 100 miles on it today on the freeways here in Dallas, (Traffic was unusually light today, always a welcome occurrance) and I can tell the turbo is spooling up very quickly. After today I am sure it's spooling better than with the stock setup; if nothing else it seems I can hear the whine come up quicker than before... . As soon as I get the gauges on, i'll try some tag on/tag off tests and see what I can see. So far so good, though. I like what I feel and hear so far. But more miles are needed to really see how this works out. And I need to tow with this setup as well.
