Tailgate Locks???????

Has anybody run across a lock that will fit the early dodge trucks?

I have a 92 with the LE package. If not, I think I'm going to fab up one myself. It appears to be a relatively easy task but buying one would be easier.



Any ideas will be appreciated. The way thievery is going nothing is safe. I would hate to try and locate a tailgate for this truck.

Even looked behind bushes, trees and flowers

To no avail.

If yall would put a BIG pop rivet in the right side of that tail gate down where the hinge is at you can not slide it out (off ) the hinge . Mine has a BIG stainless rivet and the tail gate will not come of the truck , if yall are trying to keep people from stealing it .
