take off bed

I wiped out a two foot high fence,also wiped out the side of my 2004, 3500 slt brt white srw 4x2 long bed truck. If you know some one in northern ca. that has changed to a flat bed I am buying. I hear of many people that have take off beds but only when I dont need one. I hate two foot high fences on passenger side.

I would check with the flatbed dealers in your area to see if they know of any body shops who have purchased the take offs. At work we traded our brand new boxes for flatbeds and only had to pay a couple hundred difference installed with fiver hitch, lights, and flaps.



Or you could let your sorrow be turned into rejoicing and use it as an excuse to install a flatbed of you own.
