Take out K&N before dealer sees it?

I've decided to let my dealer have the fun of the first oil change. I have a K&N in the stock box. Should I replace it with the DC air filter before I go to the dealer? I'd like to keep my warranty until the bombing begins.

Okay, your K&N is just fine where its at. There will be no warranty problems. Pete
