Tandem towing in Pennsylvania

Does anyone know if it is legal to tow a fifth wheel with a boat behind in PA?????

Thanks, that site says that it is legal but I don't think the troopers are under that opinion

There can be some stipulations to the tandem towing laws. In Colorado for instance, the first trailer must be a fifthwheel type hitch. The second can be ball type. You must be able to see your trailers with the mirrors and all lighting must be working of course.
