Tappet cover is weeping at rear of engine, slight drip drip to bell housing bottom. 
Should I Torque bolts minimally, and what order? Or "Let it Be"
. I found a drip at the bottom of bell housing, recently during oil change, this is the first time I've seen this. I add 1-quart of Lucas oil treatment with oil changes, I did not do it this time.
Thank y'all who have EXPERIENCED this situation. Does it get worse? Or just a grimy rear left & bottom side of engine?
