Tax deduction spreadsheet

I am looking for a spreadsheet to list all of my deductions to bring to my tax guy. Anyone have one of these. Something to list vehicle expenses healthcare donationa and things of that nature.

You can use Microsoft Excell or Works spread sheet.

You will need at least three colums per category: date, company, dollar amount. You can have has many categories as you want.
