tc lock up switch

Im in the chicago area and wonder if anyone around here has the ability to install a lock up switch for the torque converter on a 03 ho dualie ? ?

Any help would be appreciated

ATS makes the tc lock up. It can be locked up in 2nd & 3rd gear. http://www.atsdiesel.com,look for copilot tc lockup controller. They will tell ya where you can get it installed in your area. Hop this helps
