TC lock-up

This past April I had Dave Goerend, www.gbtransmissions.com, do another transmission valve body mod. I can now lock the tc in all forward gears by using the manual lock-up switch that was already in service. I also had him smooth out the firm shifts without reducing line pressure from previous mods. I really like this setup. The transmission operations are smooth, I can use it in a straight shift manner or regular auto mode. For me, it is the best of both worlds.

How did he smooth out the firm shifts without reducing the line pressure?

This was done by closing off a couple flow holes in the seperator plate and redrilling to a smaller size. As I understand it, this just reduces the high impact shifting flow.
