TCI converters

Hey any of you guys using a TCI tow master converter in your trucks? If so what do you think about them?

I had one and it was machined wrong and I had to pay shipping both ways!! Why do business with a company like that?

I just had one installed along with rebuild. 3000 miles and so far i am very happy. I pull a 14000# trailer.

I personally would not spend the money on one.

Used one in a 1st generation and liked it. Several 1st generation owners bought them after I did and all liked theirs. They have been in business a long time.
