Tdc P0524?

Has anyone seen the code P0524? I checked the data on my truck this morning and that code came up on my SMARTY. The SMARTY called it an UNKNOWN CODE.



Any help will be appreciated.

P0524... . Engine Oil Pressure Too Low

Thanks Little Bill. I have never noticed my oil pressure being low... and I check the oil level at every trip to the pump.



Could there be something I am missing?

The oil pressure on the 3rd gen is fake... there is only an on/off switch that tells the ECM you got more or less than 7psi of oil pressure.

Might be the switch is failing?

Unload the smarty and take it to the dealer. Your sig doesn't have any warrenty questionable mods so your truck should still be under warrenty. Let the dealer mess with it.
