TDC Pin Part# or Dimensions

I really need some help here. I am looking for the Part# for the TDC pin which is needed to find and hold TDC during pump removal. If anyone has a service manual from model year 89 to 98 the part# is listed in there. If anyone has this pin and could measure it and give me the dimensions I can make it.

I couldn't copy and paste a picture, but here are the 3 P/Ns' for all the pieces to go in the timing pin housing, the housing, and seal between housing and gear cover.



3903924 Pin, Timing

3904849 Ring, Retaining

3913994 Seal, O Ring

3919683 Housing, Timing Pin

3915772 Seal, Rectangular Ring (goes between housing and gear cover if you take the housing off)
