TDR chat issue

Over the last couple days I havnet been able to get into the chat, I can see that people are in it yet when I click it comes up to "java" then in the bottom corner of my window it says "java applet loading" and it just says that and I have a gray "chat" screen with a lil cup of Jo in the upper left.

whats the deal? Im not a computer wiz so dont forget to describe in detail ahhaha thanks!!!

Have you added any new software to your PC? Internet security, anti-popup, etc? How about system pack's for windows?
