Hey guys-

Can anyone give a name of a cummins dealer and parts guy to talk to that will give a discount to a TDR member? I dont want to spend 50 bucks on the cummins membership... Thanks

Erik

Hey Bob, You mean the AFE post I made? Well, you never saw how it didnt fit so I don't know why you had anything to do with it? People get attitudes when they buy products that are expensive that don't fit correctly...

By the way, 60 dollars for a used non-egr intake for a 12v is too much when you can buy a new one at the cummins dealer for $70. You should lower your price... :-laf

Erik. .

Unless you are a Cummins member you wont get any discount from Cummins. Our TDR Chapter had a chapter discount with our local Cummins Shop and it was discontinued by Cummins. Cummins awhile back had done away with all discounts towards any owners or shops. The reason I was given then when I called our contact there was they give us the best price anyway and felt no need for any discount... ..... Andy

I get my cummins stuff at a local Peterbilt shop. They are so use to trading with fleets and BIG rigs they give the fleet price to everyone.

I take a ribbing every time I park my "scooter" in with the class 8's. They even told me I could park in the golf cart parking space (they use a golf cart to shuttle stuff around the property).

However the $$ is certainly right.

(Apparently Peterbilt had a intercity delivery truck that had a ISB in it around the mid to late 90's. They (Peterbilt) have access to cummins parts because of that)
