TDR logo to my desktop

I hate the "shortcut to TDR" windows icon on my desktop. Is there a way to grab a logo someplace on the site to replace this ? Some of the sites I visit automaticly give you one, (ie. Cabelas, ING ,NOAA weather) for example ! Any tips would be appreciated.

Did those icons appear automatically or did you have to change the icon to it? There is a favicon for the TDR site that should automatically come up in your favorites menu and on XP that icon will appear on your desktop as well. In Vista you have to be using classic icons for it to appear (right click on the desktop and go to view->classic icons).
