Tel Tek Gauges

I don't know if any of you are familiar with Tel Tek but wanted to put it out there.

They supply Western Star and Freightliner with a few gauges, notably the Outside Air Temp Gauge.

It is second to none for accuracy and warranty.

It is all we spec now if customer requires an outside temp gauge.



Take a minute and check them out, maybe somethere that would work for you.



I see that they they now offer a blue display as well as the standard red.



Also have a digital dual pressure gauge that would be handy for an on-board air system and suspension pressure gauge all in one.



I believe that they are the OEM supplier for Paccar when a digital gauge package is specced for a Pete or a KW.



Plus MADE IN THE USA!!!!!!!!!!

They must also be Toyota Land Cruiser freaks as they are almost ready to offer a digital FJ40 dash... :-laf:-laf

My 99 is an ST and doesn't have all the bells and whistles like power windows, etc. That's the way I wanted it. I did think it would be nice to have an outside air temp gauge, so ordered one from Teltek. It got here a couple of days ago and I finally got around to installing it tonight. It was a very simple install and a really nice addition. Nice find, Mike!

I think that they are a great company with a quality product line.



I love the simple telephone jack connection on the back of the gauge for the sensor cable, very clever design.

I agree on the telephone jack hookup. I was also impressed with how the gauge controls the brightness according to the ambient light. Maybe that comes from growing up without TV... Easily entertained.
