Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Tell me if this is a good deal or not

I recently found a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 Blue Sport, quad cab short bed and 5 speed manual



its also 4wd and obviously 24V



it has 210,000 miles on it and this is the information on it





1 owner truck since new



leaks no oil, transmission fluid or transfercase fluid

oil changed ever 5K miles

transmission changed every 75K



KDP did not affect truck it never came out



VP was replaced 10K miles ago

truck has a rebuilt 5 speed with the 5th gear nut fix on it

clutch is 40K miles

transfer case is updated to the heavier duty case and has 70K miles on it

satellite radio and updated speakers

AC compressor replaced 2 years ago

comes with fiberglass tonneau for bed

Newer radiator



asking $10K





It also has a clean carfax as well (I checked)





By the way my plans are intake, exhaust, built NV4500(updated mainshaft) with 1 3/8 input, south bend clutch, Fass system as well lightening injectors (stage 1), edge EZ and a hotrod Vp44 from scheid ( they were the ones who sort of put together these mods)

I know a guy that has a 1996 ext. cab 4x4 with only 54,000 orig. miles ... has a shell ,4" exhaust ,pro lock converter and body,some other upgrades, no rust ,always graraged... he wants 16,750$ ... ... . let me know. . I'll pass the # along
