2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Temp control knob

My temperature control knob on the ac panel busted last week. . I`ve been searching around and cant seem to find anyone that sells them. . Anyone have any ideas on either an oem or aftermarket replacement? Mebe I`m just lookin in the wrong place, i dunno... havent tried the dealer$ yet tho heh

Dealer item or wreckers, I think the last one we bought was about $7 bucks CDN. They don't seem to stand up to the cold winters,

I got mine off of a salvage truck. Before I put it back on I greased the cable with a cable lube fitting and a can of cable spray normally used in ATV applications. I also sourced an air fitting that was a very slight press fit on the female part of the knob. I figured it shouldn't break as easily if it had something a little stronger supporting it.

mine busted a while back. the knob costed be all of 1. 99 or so from the dealer.

no prob. i guess these knobs bust often, i didnt even have the broken one out of my pocket and he already knew what i needed.

The dealer here has a box of the knobs on a shelf that handy to the counter. I've replaced four of them.
