I recently had gauges installed in my 2001 Ram diesel with

A/T... . Auto trans temp, turbo boost and exhaust gauges.

Can anyone tell me what the normal temps would be when not towing anything and towing... I have a 24 ft 5th wheel which weighs approx. 7000 lbs. I had these items installed at the Power Shop in Enumclaw, WA. .

I have SPA gauges... usually runs between 140 to 150 bob tailing it. Pulling over 8K runs at 200.

Others may have different numbers.

The auto I would not know as I don't have one. But as a general turbo boost should be around 4-6 PSI on a flat road and at about 55-70 MPH and the exhaust temp. should be between 475 to 600 degrees. Both boost and exhaust will very based on terrain and amount of right foot feed.

With the cruise on with a 90 degree day,

EGTS: 820 ish

transmission pan: 125

transmission off TC: 135

Boost: 3 to 4lbs.

Many mods on my truck. :D

Hope this helps.
