I can't imagine one having to do with the other but here goes: my brother has an 07. 5 3500 dually quad cab. Says the door locks work fine below about 60 degrees and the only way to open the lock above 60 is to use the key. He said the problem has been going in for a couple of weeks and that's the only common denominator he can find. Again, I can't see the two being related but stranger things have happened.

Thanks

Craig

Strange things can happen with some of the electronics in the late model trucks.

As a cheap and easy first-shot I'd suggest putting fresh batteries in the remote key thing.

i just fixed my broken wire in the rea door (pilar to door wire harness)

Check there.

Mine was for the dome light, but other have had door lock and windows problems and found broken wires in rear door.

(while harness was unplugged, the windows in the other 3 doors worked, however the doors would unlock BUT not lock. Fixed wire pluged it in, and all works. and now the dome lights when rear door opened. )
