Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) temps

What I need to know is what should I expect to see as to temps for the transmission and rear end? The transmission is the 5 speed and rear is a Dana 80. I tow around 14-15K. I've been seeing 210 and a little over for the transmission and 180- 185 for the rear end. It takes about 85 miles for all to heat up to that point. Empty everything seems to stay at 180. Rear and transmission.



What should I expect to see? I have the fast coolers and the Mag-hytec covers. Things seem to get just as hot , just takes longer.
