failed

got half but my avatar not happen . guess i need to figure out how to shrink pic's . do you know how to shrink them, shovelhead?

If you have MS Paint open your pic with that and go to Image/ stretch/skew and use the little % boxes to shrink it and then right click on it in its folder after shrink and hit Properties and it will tell you what size it is and you may have to shrink it again, dont forget to save it after each shrink.
