Test drive w/G56

I just test drove a dually w/G56 transmission. It shift a whole bunch different than the NV5600 I currently have. It's very notchy and you can actualy hear it shifting (linkage clicking type noise). Can anyone out there with a G56 tell me how much it loosens up?

Mine is loosening up nicely. The 'notchy' feeling/sound is not quite all gone but I only have 3k on the clock. If it does not improve any more I'm still satisfied with it.

I have 750 miles on my G56 and I have noticed a smooth transition through the gears... It was notchy for the first 200 miles... but better now

At nearly 4,000 miles mine has improved dramaticaly, a fluid change is coming this week-end. I am happy with it now.

I've got 357 miles on mine and so far I like it. I do think it is loosening up the more I drive it
