Welcome Kyllo,
I'll answer part of your question, as to what some of the abreviations mean, such as "eth"... If you look at a lot of our signatures, we post various info about our trucks, including model, year, options, and whatever modifications we may have done, or are planning.
ETH: the Dodge code for the new HO (High Output) 24 valve 5. 9L Cummins engine
ETC: the "regular" version of the 24 valve 5. 9L Cummins engine
DEE: the new 6 speed manual transmission
BOMB: stands for Better Off Modified, Baby
EGT: stands for Exhaust Gas Temperature. Often folks will post they have or are looking for an EGT gauge, which can also be refered to as a pyrometer, as it measures the temperature of your exhaust gases and lets you know how close you are to melting a piston

Hope you enjoy your truck as much as the rest of us enjoy our Rams
