Testing fuel pressure limiting valve

Its been a slow Sunday night and i was reviewing fuel system section of the service manual. Can the fuel pressure limiting valve in the rail be tested?

yes, remove banjo install test fitting at start truck or even hook test fitting to catch can and test drive.
