Competition Texas/Oklahoma Sled Pull

Sledpulling: Why is it that this sport is so popular but never seems to come around this area, I remember back in the 80's going to Wichita Falls Tx and watching it there but you rarely see them anymore in this area.

There was one not too long ago it seems like up around Savoy, which is near the border. Wanting to try it with a 2wd class Jim?



I too think it just has to catch on though.

Na, I'd just like to see it move into this country, at least somewere not too far away.

Jim... the pull in DeLeon is in August... I'm not sure about the pull in Whiteright (sp). . I don't know if they are pulling a truck class. . We have start pulling a few truck at some of our Antique tractor pulls. . but the trucks are nothing organized... basically run-what-U-brung. . and hope you brung enough... (You'd fit right in. . haha. . ) I think they have been breaking them into 6 wheel and 4 wheel classes. . but I don't know if they have been weighing the trucks yet. . (our scale is a little short for the trucks. )
