I am looking to buy a car hauler trailer and have seen ads and surfed the (poor) website of Texas Roll-back trailers. Does anyone have good or bad experiences to share about them, such as build quality and operation of the tilt deck?

Texas Roll Back

I bought a used 2004 Texas Roll Back Trailer. I can say that the no ramps thing is slick, but I'm having some problems and or cautions.

The wiring that snakes though the frame has worn in a few places which has caused me some nightmares.

I am getting uneven tire wear and will have to replace all tires soon.

The finish on the trailer has peeled, very low quality.

I had a bearing fry that toasted the whole darn axle and had to replace.

Having said this, I am lead to believe the company is back in the original owners hands and he has addressed these concerns.

Since I bought mine used, I have no warranty.

If the quality control was looked after these things would not have been an issue. Hope the new (original) owner has wrestled these issues.

My thoughts
