I just got some information about two truck pulls in Central Texas... I am just posting the info. . I will be at the Valley Mills pull. . but going to miss the Cisco pull. .

Valley Mills, TX October, 16th Hwy 56, Gravel rd at City limits east of town. . (This is just across the river east of town. . )
The trucks will pull when the antique tractor pull is finished... (I think they started pulling trucks about 10pm last year. )
Hook Fee:??? (They did not list the $$$ I am guessing 20-25)
Classes-
2wd- stock and modified
4wd- stock and modified
(I do not know how they are seperating the two classes. . stock and Modified. . when I find out I will post. . or you can call. . )
For more information contact: Jim Willey 254-934-2050 or Raymond Whitney 254-932-5536.
I have pulled tractors at both of these tracks. . the Cisco track is sandy. . but the finished usually has a little more traction if you can get there. . (there is a LITTLE clay towards the end. . ) The Valley Mills track is usually sticky and a fair bite. . They pulled about 25-30 trucks last year. . No one broke anything major other than some smoking some clutchs...
I do not know if you can jump weight classes. . in the past they have been adding weight to some of the trucks. . (If I am there. . I'll have at least 2000lbs of suite case weights. . )
I hope we get at least a few guys with some Real truck to show up. . this is usually a battle of the locals. . with what they think is a "HOT" truck. . :-laf

Edit: The Valley Mills pull is not ON the gravel road. .
