Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
The torque converter on my 98. 5 was kicking in and out of lockup all the time. I remembered people on the forum having the same problem and rapped the ground wire with tin foil. I gave this a try and bingo it is working fine. I would like to thank everyone for the info. This forum is the best source of information one could ask for. Thanks Again
