I wanted to publicly thank Garrett (aka Big White Beast) for taking the time to check my fuel pressure, as I suspected things were not going well. I was on vacation in San Diego and he offered his time and equipment to help me out. And when we found out that my lift pump was bad, he even said he would help change it out. Problem was there weren't any to be had in the whole county.



I know we like to complain about this site's guidelines from time to time, and I'm just as guilty as the next guy. However, when it's all said and done, it's people like Garrett that are really what this site is about, and in my opinion it's worth it.

there were 2 lift pumps spare for sure in the whole country as I keep a couple of spares always... ... . dont forget about the local guys, there are lotsa ca guys that keep spare parts.....
