I had the dome light problem since day one when I purchased my 2006 DOGDE MC. I had 23,000 miles on my ticker so I finally decided to get the issue fixed at the dealership, first I was apprehensive of taking it in because the truck runs flawlessly with pretty good mileage. The extent of the the repair took 9 working days due to the instrument cluster and wiring harness for the domelight have to be replaced and parts need to be ordered. The tech has to take the headliner off the truck and also removed and replaced the instrument cluster, to my surprise the tech put everything back together with no rattles or squeeks, I mean he had my interior in parade rest!. They also activated my DRL lights, enabled the high idle feature, replaced the wiring harness for the dome light because of electrical shorts and rotated my tires. Bravo Zulu to "Ricky Cutrell" and (Service Advisor) for job well done. They also wash and detailed the truck. Wife said that the leather and interior of the truck smells like it was brand new again.
