Thanks for the great site! I really like how you give members recognition for mileage and HP numbers.

What would you think about recognition for membership length such as 10yr, 15yr, and 20yr in 2013 for the people that have been involved from the beginning? Who has been envolved from the beginning?

Great idea. Unfortunately, we did not set up a way for our system to track member years. And over the past 15 years, we've used two different computer systems, and we cannot find a way to recover that old data. We could work on the honor system from members' recollection of their start date. Now we just need to come up with a five-year recognition product/gift. Any ideas or recommendations?
