Thanks, TDR Staff

MNTDR 3rd Annual Buffalo Wild Wings

KC Area chapter????

Thanks for the help from every one of you who worked the dyno crew today.

We had a nice day and a good crowed. Those who helped did the best I have ever been associated with. THANK YOU! (Lots of PSD folks) ;) ;)

We did 39 trucks and got the shop cleaned up before we left.

We made some good power. Maybe not as much as some thought we should, but those numbers made today were today's numbers. :D :D

Yea what Bob said

Thanks for coming out and running and also a big thank you to Shay and the CPSC for all the help. They pulled their weight and then some!!!!

Thanks to Bruce and the gang at GAM also for making this possible.

I'm sure that Shay or I will post results in the next couple of days.

Seeya!

Jeremy

I agree! It was a good day. Not the number of trucks that we usually have, but still a big event to most! I'm not as beat tired as I usually am after these days. A lot of new faces and that is always good.

As far as the numbers... ... ... ..... Alan and I consistently get numbers between 1-2 of each other on the GAM Superflow and the PFI Dynojet and did again yesterday. We were happy with what we ended up with (Yep, Jeremy, I broke 200. Smart butt :p ).

Bruce Yackey is a stand up guy and great to work with.

I am always proud of all the folks within both my club and RMTDR and this event was no different. Some of the best friends Alan and I have are within these two clubs. (We so missed Mike and Tammy Lockner though :{ ). OH and a few of us from the CPSC went to dinner last night after the event and the guys were talking about how Barry hung in there all day long! He put 110% into this event and I want to thank him! I would bet he is tired today!

Like Jeremy said, we will try and get the results posted soon, so keep checking back.

Now, let the SUMMER BEGIN! Keep an eye out for listings of summer events! We've got some good ones planned!

Shay

Here's a few pics. There were a lot of neat trucks there. Thanks everyone for another well run event. Kinda bummed my first runs were not recorded. Saw 580 something on the first run on diesel only and a single turbo but it didn't record. By the third run when it did record it was already heat soaked and only pulled 573. David's truck spinning 4k sounds kinda neat. The yellow truck was real sharp and bro the twins you brought with you were pretty nice too lol. 614 on the squeeze ain't bad either.

Everyone,

Sorry we could not make it. We were switching over to a new computer system at work on Saturday. JDE One World, what a piece of work that thing is. I hope your company does not go that route. A bunch of bean counters wrote it, if you can imagine that. Nothing real world about it. I would rather have been there.

Dyno Power

I did the math on the total of 123 recorded runs there and the total logged power was 48990hp. :--) :--)

That was a figure that I have wanted to do before, but just finally did it.

I had the number off by one truck. We have 38 names ran and 1 or 2 redo's at the end of the day.

Mike L. We missed you. We launched a lower intercooler boot on David's truck at about 660+hp and 6 or 7 guys in the bed for traction. Everybody jumped

It was fun! Oo.

LaserBob

Luke, That 4K rpms on a 24v includes GAM Hi Performance valve springs. You can hear it sing. That engine was assembled in their shop for us to put in his truck. It has a few things in it :D

So that averages out to 398. 2 HP nice! I sure wish I could have been there, would of pushed the average to just over 401 HP. Would have liked to see everyone jump when the boot blew... that would have been funny :-laf

Rebel in OKC :(

Richard,

We missed you too!!! Haven't seen ya in a long time.

What are you doing in OKC? That is my old stomping grounds, ya know. We will be just over the state line in Arkansas this week and next. Hope it's warmer than here!

Take care,

Shay

Shay,

The FAA sent me here for 10 weeks training on their Comm/Nav equipment. Intelectually it's been like trying to drink from a fire hose. There is a lot of advanced Algebra and Calculus involved. I'm quickly finding out how much of my math skills I've retained over the years (little to none)

Just want to say thanks to you for doing your usual Good Job of organising these Dyno Day events.

Yea I had a hard time decideing on what kind of twins to buy LOL :D

Had a great time though, and did not break anything that is always a plus.

Wanted to thank everyone for the effort. I had planned to show up but got sent out of town on a job. Someday I'd really like to get my truck's power baselined.

Sounds like a great time had by all. . Wish I could have made it but the wife is a little more then pregnant and chasing my 20 month old isn't much of an option... Someday I hope to do some more stuff to my truck since I really don't want a ford or GMC and dodge needs to make a megacab long bed... Anyways I am glad to see a good turn out...

Dang, I leave and you guys have all the fun:(

Last time I dynoed on the Superflow at GAM, it gave me EGTs I had never seen before (1500+) with the DD2s and EZ.

I wonder what I'd have with the Smarty and M4s? Probably an aluminum puddle in the pan.

It's nice to see all the guys working the dyno so hard: no doubt they are a group of "strapping young lads"

HAHAHAHA.

I'm stuck in Tampa and wishing for home!

My EGT's maxed at 1300 and for some reason I'm suddenly making 5 psi less than the week before the dyno. Looking for leaks...

So what's next?

How about a raid of the new Hooters off I-25/Loveland to be sure it meets the requirements.

Great idea Tim!

I've been there a couple of time's and it's allright!

Let me know when you guy's wanna come down and we'll get it together!
