Big thanks to Shane and his family from Wicked Diesels in Abingdon, Va.

Wicked Diesels Intro



Shane did all of my BOMB work in early June doing a great job with 0 issues. Last night I was coming back from Columbia SC back to Roanoke Va when my fuel pressure went to 0 and the truck stopped completely.



I am not very mechanically inclined but looked around the fuel system and did not see anything out of the ordinary. I then called Shane at 930pm and he picked up! He asked some ?'s and then said I will come down and help you.



Please understand that I was 2 hours from him and 2. 5 hours from my house. He arrived at 100AM with his wife and son!!! Worked on it and had me back up and running at 200AM.



You do not find customer service like that much anymore and just wanted to say thanks!

I don't know if I told you or someone else to go see him. If it was you, I'm glad you went to him. He has great customer service. I called him Sun. due to a major problem and he was glad to help.

In our general area theres some Wana Be's and theres some truly good guys, Shane is truly one of the good guys! I have multiple truck come in the shop that some of the other locals have worked on with nothing but complaints! When one of shanes customers come in for service or any type of work there EXTREMLY satisfied! Super nice guy!
