I was just wondering the same thing.

It seems like it provides more precise control than AFC live (which seems to be more popular/better marketing??).

After watching a few videos & reading some reviews I am thinking that I will order one.

I've not used either, but have always been amused by in-cab controllers for mechanical pumps that already have in-cab control at my right foot. The debates have made "what oil" or "change the filter from the top or bottom" debates seem tame in comparison.
From what I can tell each product controls a different parameter that affects fueling, and both work best with the pump properly tuned to begin with. Purely as an observer, and assuming the truck doesn't get Jekyll-and-Hyde use, for my money I'd just get the pump tuned for what I needed, and back off my foot when I needed peak fuel economy.
We need the P7100 gurus to chime in...

I'm not a guru but I agree. The only benefit I can see in either of the two in cab adjustment products is for guys who are constantly changing turbos and injectors as they climb the HP ramp. The majority of 12 valve owners either leave the engine stock or add a few inexpensive items that will get them to 300HP or so easily. Once the expense of going much higher becomes apparent they quit. I did. I'm happy at 313 HP. Plenty of towing power, no fuel efficiency issues, and a reliable engine I can fire up and drive on a 5000 mile trip with no preparation. Once the engine has been tuned with either of the in cab adjusters it becomes an expensive dash ornament.
