The dirty deed is done

Have just completed some mild BOMBING over the past couple of months having first installed isspro guages (trans, boost and pyro) and just a couple days ago did the fuel plate (230 hp) slid it all the way forward and tweeked the tst a little. Just get a little puff of soot on hard acceleration and get 28 lb of boost. Man what a different truck!!!! Thanks to the TDR and to Blair at Parkers chryler for his help.

What converter and valvebody do you have? A couple of weeks ago,I slid the stock plate all the way forward,spun the AFC and installed a set of 180hp injectors,but will be trying a 230 plate very soon. Truck runs totally different... way better and smokes now too! Love it! No converter slippage at all.

Mike, both the tc and vb are from BD. The tc is a 1500 stall and was installed in 98 so is one of their earlier productions ones so am not sure what makes it different from their current ones. The VB was just installed last February. So far they all seem to be working very well.

I just (3 weeks ago) installed a different torque convertor and 215 hp injectors. It's a whole new truck!
