I've been looking for dealer that I can 'trust'. The most convenient dealer has damaged my truck and hid it, didn't perform warranty work stated, and didn't install warranty parts that 'held' up the truck for three days. Knowing and proving are two different things.

Anyway, I did find an interesting site about experiences others have had with a Dodge Dealer . Have you input your experiece (Good, Bad, otherwise) with a dealer?

The more inputs the better the site. It would be helpful, if you fill out the form, to include some comment(s). Good experiences are needed. It's easy to come by bad ones.

I've had my truck to Remsen Dodge for a sticky throttle several times. They couldnt "replicate the problem".

I brought it to the dealer in town here (Caisulli in Toms River) and they fixed it in a few hours.

Before this, I went to Remsen for a leaky prop shaft seal on the rear, and it came back with about 12" of play in the steering wheel. To this day I have no idea how they did this, and the steering has never been the same even though they replaced the steering box.

I have very little faith in any dealer anymore. It'll have to be a very costly repair for me to bring it in for warranty work. I think I know as much as any of the dealers mechanics I've seen.
