Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) The hotter it gets!!

Been having trouble with the transmission for some-time now, During this last winter I noticed my trans acted somewhat normal, other than shifting way too early out of first and second it did alright. But as the weather gets hotter it starts to go haywire, anything outside temp above 62 degs it starts to not want to downshift at stop signs, shifts immediately into drive and wont stay in od. . Now at 90 outside degs all he!! breaks loose. It starts out in limp mode and if I throw the switch to keep it locked up, and downshift manually it still stays locked up, (and i dont have this feature in my trans... ) and when I drive about 30 mph the thing tries to shift into second and acts like its in neutral when i get peed off and tromp the guts out of it... I think the problem is the pcm, I read an article a few months ago and some fella had a similar problem. Any ideas or should I just light the thing on fire. :--)
