The legal system has failed again

My oldest daughter is stuck for 2100 bucks



She was shacking with a guy and he took advantage of her good credit since his was crap... ..... anywho she filed small claims court on him in that county and the cops say he dont live there anymore so she filed again in the county he has listed as mailing adress and I guess he dont live there but gets his mail there, she filed again in the county where he lives now in a camper and the cops say they can never catch him at home so now we found out he is working in another county but dont live there so they cant serve him there... ... ... ... ..... I get different stories from these cops and dont know who to believe now , seams every county has different proceedures on the issue, we are told now that we must take it from small claims up to cival and then get a lawyer I think I will drive to his job and wait for quiting time and do justice on him myself ( I plan on jerking a halfhitch thru his ass ) If you dont here from me then I am in jail while this punk is running free and looking for another girl to take advantage of ... ... ... ... ... ... Bill, you are absolutly right and I couldnt agree more, at least ther were no children brought into the problem.



The money aint no biggie to me but it is to her, she wants to hold her own in this world and I dont care if we only break even on the deal but I want my daughter to get the self satisfaction of not letting this turd get away with it ... ... ... ..... Kevin

I say screw him back. Heres da plan. What your daughter should do is apoligize to this guy and win him back. Try to make it work. If she suceeds bam you got him. What she needs to do is get his social security number. I smell black mail.

Now she's got him by the balls. She can demand her money back. If he does not pay back the money he ows her. She can e-mail his full name and social security number to as many scam artist out there. Ouch.

Kinda goes along with my responce in the "unfair" thread. It goes both ways. He is obviously a preditor.

Be careful how far you push him in a corner. My friend Pam is still dead. She was a fiesty one and wasn't going to let him get off too easy. She was a real sweetheart and very attractive. I don't want to hear of another one getting killed over this kind of stuff. No one thought her desperate soon to be ex would go that far but he looked her in the face when he shot her in the head in the parking lot of her brother's restaurant. There are some sick whacked out people in this world and they're almost always someone you wouldn't think are capable of it.

My daughters X BF threw a brick through her bedroom window, if it hadn't hit a crossmember she would have gotten hit. He's a lucky *******er I didn't hear the glass break.
