I don't think that this is the right place for this but some one might aid in direction here. I registered in Nov and have not received the magazine yet, maybe I'm not on the "in" list LOL. Don't know; help please.

If memory serves me (and it probably doesnt), if you register after the labels are printed, you get the next mag and start there. You may try to request the last one (if any are avail) and get "set back" one issue. Sooo. . you should be on the next mail list and can sit back here and see those who are "special" get theres while we who are not so "special" wait & wait & wait & (you get the idea)... ... "special" means Postal Official delivery time <hehehe>... .
Some will get their issue about the time some are getting the next issue (or so it seems).
