Alright I want to know which box offers the most power by itself for the 98-02 trucks. I was looking at the Blue Chip Redline, but not sure if this is the best or not? Let me know

Your probably gonna hear the drag comp, tst pm3? and the redline box you are thinking about, stacked with any timing chip. Now if it were me i would go with the drag comp, and if you want ultimate horsepower then i would go with the red line box, and stack it with a timing box or catcer but you will have to do valve springs to be able to run the redline box to its fullest. Not to mention the rest of the upgrades to everything else.

I still get confused with all this chips and boxes etc. So you can take like 2 or 3 different chips and but them together?? Like I could take my Superchips one and put an Edge one as well??

Which do you like better the programmer or the edge. I have a superchips and was thinking about switching to an edge ez but have never tried one? MY superchips makes

engine chatter double!!

Edge is the way I went and I am very impressed with it. The programmers dont give the same HP and also doesnt stop the defueling. The programmer does allow the different tire sizes and such though.....

Well, really for the second gen ones you have two.

1. Timing

2. Ones that pierce the wire and hold the solenoid closed longer, I imagine the same as durration.

As long as the two boxes (chips), programers are indifferent you can stack them (I think) You have to know which do what, or else its trial and error, and even then.
