The New Skoal Citrus Blend

Not sure how many of you on here are dippers but I sure am. I was wondering what you all thought about the new Skoal Flavor; Citrus Blend. I tried it last week at my buddies house while we were killing a few brews and wow I was hooked. I'm a big Skoal Mint, Peach and Straight fan but this citrus stuff is ridiculous, its real sweet and tastes real good. Its kinda hard to find it around where I live, I was able to secure about 10 tins of long cut. I was just wondering if anyone else on here has tried it and what they think about it.

I find this interesting. I don't chew myself but I am a buyer for a grocery wholesaler and I have bought tobacco for many years. So far sales have been slow on it but it's only been out for about 2 1/2 weeks. PM me if you are having problems finding it. I can contact my US Smokeless rep. and help you out. BTW, my rep. loves CTD

Yeah, my friends are here that chew really seem to like the new Citrus stuff. I feel its decent but not the best. It was hard to find for a few days but I then convinced the manager of the local Royal Farms to order a few logs and see how they sell. Well the six logs he ordered were sold in under 6 hours he said, so thus he is ordering more. The Citrus kinda tastes like a weird flavor of apple. Maybe U. S. Smokeless tobacco made a mess up on some tins of apple and found a new flavor. :-laf

I was looking at emokes.com. I like their prices. A solid . 95 cents cheaper per tin than the lowest priced guy in town. . I have not check shipping charges yet. They don't have the new Citrus yet.

Might try it if my local store runs out of Copenhagen. To be honest, it doesn't sound too appealing.

Its really a weird taste, actually I currently have a dip in right now of it. I have been switching off from mint, peach, skoal straight and citrus. I'm trying not to burn out on Citrus to fast. I guess citrus is an acquired taste. If you don't like fruit flavored tobacco then you probably wont like Citrus. It is has a lemon lime kinda of taste to it and it leaves no after taste when your done with it. The only local store that is selling it right now is Sunoco in my local town, the long cut and pouches. The Royal Farms was carrying it but it hasn't been in stock for a couple weeks. As far as buying chew online I have no experience with it but the prices do look very good. If shipping is low I would hop on it.
