Truck Fest - July 24, 2005 - Bandimere - Denver, CO

Weekend at the Edge 05

I'm pretty sure Cooter Bob is from West Virginia. (is that a surprise?)

He does however, own the rights to first set of dually patchs in the hotel parking lot-and almost the last set, as he narrowly misssed running into the managers truck!!

I wonder who told him to do a burnout??? ;) :D

Speaking of burnout patches... Right outside my comfort inn window (looking right at the side of the amerihost inn) I saw a burnout that someone walked all the way around the from the front of the building to the rear (all the way around the turn, etc)

Nice, very nice... Walked it like a little doggie :-laf

Congrats to who laid that perfectly controled rubber

PS- IS schieds diesel extranvaganza this fun??

I believe the manager was in that truck for the ride :-laf

I was thinking the same thing Scott, but that burnout took place in the Amerihost Parking lot. Its on my video, and it was a buddy & fellow Tennessean's truck. :-laf :-laf

The one that was mentioned in the above post he said was right outside his Comfort Inn window. ;)

Eric Posted else where that the contract called for it to air in the fourth quarter. I am sure it will be advertised here well in advance.

All these photos/videos and nobody caught me taking a digger on Brew's minibike in the AmeriHost parking lot after a failed attempt at a wheelie - sober!

Thoughts / quotes from the event (names withheld to protect the innocent):

White Castle rules - 60 burgers, no problem!

Steak and Shake burgers ain't too shabby, either

Pee on the shrubbery and it may pee back at ya!

"Did you get those pants at a marina? They look like shrink-wrap!"

"You may not have the cherry, but I know you have the... " - I didn't finish the sentence. :-laf

"I'm kinda partial to this green ****... "

"Women are fine, but sheep are devine!"

"Get-'er-did!"

Pimpin' ain't easy, but it sure is easier with a big honkin' bus!

"... bring me a spitter. "

Only in America can a pizza vendor girl become the '2005 DHRA Miss Diesel Nationals' winner - I think Josh, Andy and I chose wisely. :D

"Miller Lite - it's like Mother's milk!"

Guys from PA will break your dyno - guaranteed.

Never follow me, I'm lost.

Welding vertically presents new challenges...

That's all I can think of for now...

I had one hell of a good time.

Let me finish that sentence for you Matt...

"You may not have the cherry, but I know you still have the box it came in. " :-laf

I heard THE unnamed Puller/Burnout King say that line to a real nice waitress here in Western Pa with myself and some North Eastern guys and we just about got thrown out from laughing so hard... :-laf

SmokinRam I realy do try to keep my mouth shut but sometimes it just comes out. But I have to say when I did say it the look on her face was priceless-----both times.

If u spray some PAM or similar non-stick cooking spray on the 1/4 panels and n e where else hot melted rubber is likely to fly. . the rubber SHOULD come right off with a pressure washer. . the cooking spray too... . Alot of the hardcore mud boggers around here will sometimes go through 10 cans of the stuff coating their under carriages before going out to play... makes cleanup and breeze
